The Gandini Beef Tomato (Cuore di bue) is the latest arrival among our varieties in production. Pinkish-red in colour, slightly sweet and packed with flavour, it has a fleshy pulp and a smooth, thin skin and is used especially in raw dishes and in salads. Healthy and rich in vitamins, it is ideal in the summer months as it hydrates and helps to replenish vitamins and minerals.
