Cold cherry tomato soup

- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- oregano
- basil
- a pinch of chilli pepper
- olive oil, salt, pepper to taste

Perfect in summer but also in spring, to fill up on flavour, vitamins and minerals while watching your figure. Tomato soup usually also appeals to children because it is not heavy, it is colourful, it is sweet but also spicy. Try it with bread croutons or parmesan waffles!
Preparation
Wash, cut and arrange the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake at 180° for about 8 minutes. Once cooled, blend together with the mozzarella and season to taste.
